My son needed work done , they don’t honor appointments and tried to force me to bring him on an earlier date and when I went on the actual date , doctor Adele Newell was extremely rude and also front desk is very rude

Stay far away from this place. I called a week ago to book a simple cleaning appointment for my daughter. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes while the receptionist got a quote, and was told the appointment would cost $150. Yesterday, the office called my wife and left a message saying they needed to discuss payment. When I returned the call, they sent me to voicemail 15 minutes before closing. This morning, I finally spoke with someone and was told that after speaking with the doctor, my daughter would now require an examination and the price suddenly increased to $350. When I asked why I had been placed on hold for 10 minutes just to receive an inaccurate quote, the manager had no explanation. I even said, “You do realize this is a children’s dentist office,” and again there was no response. The entire experience felt dishonest and misleading, like dealing with a used car dealership. They will try to upsell you any chance they get. Stay far away.

All of my children were patients here when Dr. Rashmi was practicing, and she was an excellent, caring dentist. Unfortunately, our recent visit with the new dentist was very disappointing. I brought my child in not for a cleaning, but because he had a visible cavity. Despite this, they went ahead with a cleaning and then informed me he would need a crown. I asked the dentist if the cavity could be cleaned and filled temporarily until the crown was ready. Instead of discussing options or showing any concern, he simply said he didn't have time for that and walked away. This kind of dismissive and careless approach is unacceptable, especially when dealing with children's dental care. We miss the professionalism and care that Dr. Rashmi brought to this practice

Amazing Doctor. Wonderful with my 1 year old son. Appointment on time, waiting area was quick. There's a small play room for the kids with a lot of books;very nice. The whole team was super nice and the dentist assistant was also amazing. Definitely coming back and recommend to other. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Everyone at the Staten Island location was polite & professional.The office is immaculate and cheerful. There was no long waiting and they fit my child in for an emergency. My child and I was spoken to about what needed to be done. My 9 year old was made comfortable and had zero pain. I thank the all of the staff for their service it was worth more than 5 stars.My child usually is nervous about the dentist but as she gets older I see that she is calmer and able to handle the situation.Thanks to the staff you are the best.
